Render PDF pages as JPG, PNG or WebP images. Select all pages or a smaller subset, then choose the resolution needed for your destination. The output is a picture of each page, so text selection, clickable links and form controls do not carry over.

Choosing pages 1-2 at 150 DPI creates two page images. Compare their order with the original before sharing.

science Resolution and memory

Moving from 150 to 300 DPI roughly doubles both pixel dimensions, producing about four times as many pixels. It can increase memory use even if the compressed file size does not quadruple.

Limitations

Raster output has no interactive text, links or forms. High DPI needs more memory; protected input may fail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does higher DPI restore missing scan detail? expand_more

No. It renders more pixels but cannot recreate detail absent from the source scan.

Why does a large PDF fail? expand_more

Browser memory, page dimensions and resolution affect rendering. Try a smaller page selection or lower DPI; encrypted or damaged inputs may still fail.
