Local processing and its limits

Utility Spark does not require an account. Its tools generally read and process input in your browser instead of uploading text or files to a processing endpoint. Image tools use browser image APIs, PDF tools use browser libraries, and financial tools perform local calculations. Local processing does not establish output accuracy or make an untrusted file safe.

Word to PDF uses Mammoth to extract text and pdf-lib to create a simple PDF locally. It does not upload the document for conversion or preserve Word formatting, images or table layout. The Currency Converter requests reference rates from ExchangeRate-API using the base currency; the entered amount is calculated locally.

Network requests and external providers

Your browser requests the site from its host. It also requests fonts from Google Fonts and some tool libraries from cdnjs, jsDelivr or unpkg. These providers receive network information such as IP address, request URL and browser information. Such requests can occur before optional analytics consent; local processing does not mean the page makes no network requests.

Library code runs in the page, so do not treat local processing as an absolute confidentiality guarantee. Keep original files, read each tool’s limitations, and avoid entering information you are not authorized to process.

Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

After acceptance, configured Google Analytics 4 measures visits and events, and Microsoft Clarity can collect interaction/session information. Tool workspaces are marked for Clarity masking, but this is not a guarantee about every provider setting or browser behavior. We do not intentionally send tool input values as custom analytics events.

Preferences and withdrawal

Local storage remembers your theme, consent choice and, on relevant tools, currency preference. Optional tracking is off until accepted. Use Cookie Settings to change the choice. Rejection disables future analytics loading. Withdrawal sends denial signals, clears accessible analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload active SDKs. It cannot retract requests already sent or erase third-party cookies outside this site’s control.

Advertising

AdSense loads only when advertising is enabled, a valid publisher and slot are configured, an eligible tool page has a labeled placement, and optional consent is accepted. Missing configuration produces no ad box. The local preference banner is not a certified consent-management platform. Applicable publisher-account consent requirements must be configured before serving ads. Ads are separate from tool actions and downloads.

Contact messages, retention and requests

The Contact form opens your email application. The website does not submit or store the message. If you send it, the message and address reach our email inbox and email providers. Do not attach confidential files unless necessary and agreed. Contact us to request information, correction or deletion of correspondence, or to ask about configured analytics retention. Clearing browser storage does not delete data already held by providers.

Hosting and third-party services can retain request information under their own settings and policies. We do not operate a user-account or uploaded-file database. Your rights depend on applicable law; contact the address above for a request rather than sending sensitive identity documents through a tool.

Changes

This page changes when our implementation or disclosures change. The displayed date records a policy revision, not a promise that all external settings have been independently audited.
